She is a graduate of project management. Tolulope is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and a member of Association of Elite Human Resource Professionals (AEHRP).

She has over five years working experience as a Human Resource professional with an ICT company Lagos. She runs a HR consulting firm for startups in Africa before Fumigation Warehouse. Tolulope is passionate about helping businesses thrive by taking the stress of people and process off business so they can focus on their reason for establishment.

Her Competencies and skills are Workforce planning Recruitment and Selection Learning and Development Compensation and Benefit management, Organizational development and Change management, and Performance management. For most of her career she remained a resource for Industrial relations Organizational diversity and Inclusiveness and HR Intelligence and Reporting (HRIS) for the ICT Organization.
