Innocent Onjeh II, an electrical and electronics engineering graduate. Post Graduate Diploma in management with a Master's degrees in Business Administration and holds the prestigious certificate in Pest Management from Orkin University, Atlanta, USA. An accomplished pest management professional with strong entrepreneurial drive. He also holds an entrepreneurship development program certificate of the small and medium enterprises development agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) and a Project Management and Extra-Value certificate of Harvard Associates. Innocent also attended several professional trainings, seminars and conferences locally and internationally in the areas of Entrepreneurship development, Customer service excellence, Health, Safety and Environment, Facility Management Operations and Integrated Pest Management Application and Techniques.
Innocent is a Cisco Certified Network Associate and a registered member of many professional organizations such as: Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Nigerian Institute of Safety Professional (NISP), and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), among others.
He started his career after graduation with P.C Nwankwo & Co. as a Maintenance Engineer (Abebe Court). A position he occupied before proceeding to Vivalaviva Limited, a subsidiary of Trocadero Properties & Investments Limited. His brief stay at Vivalaviva Limited saw him managing the following key areas: Contractors’, Engineering and Security Services, Facilities, and Assets Management. Following his tenure in Vivalaviva Limited, Innocent served as Facility Manager, Site Operations, Alpha Mead Facilities & Management Services Ltd (AMFacilities), where he was responsible for the management of PPM works and Service level Agreement with range of providers in order to achieve the KPIs set by the client, and so on. He joined Orkin Nigeria Limited, The first Africa franchise of Orkin Exterminating Company Inc. at senior management position as the pioneer QHSE Manager responsible for the development of control documents, implementation of franchise agreement, policies and procedures and local certifications. At Orkin Nigeria, he occupied several top management positions including Operations Manager, Service Manager and Ag. General Manager respectively responsible for structuring, workforce planning & strategies, finance, procurement, attracting clients and delivering finest quality service to customers.
He resigned from Orkin Nigeria as General Manager (GM), Lagos franchise after a meritorious service, winning the ’top growth franchises commendation award’ for the Lagos franchise at the Orkin international annual global franchises group meeting held in Dubai Miracle Gardens along with other growth and excellence awards to Orkin India, Orkin UAE, Orkin Egypt, Orkin Saudi Arabia, Orkin Kuwait and Orkin Lebanon respectively where Orkin Kazakhstan was recognized for the new franchise ’Fast’ growth.

She is a graduate of project management. Tolulope is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and a member of Association of Elite Human Resource Professionals (AEHRP).
She has over five years working experience as a Human Resource professional with an ICT company Lagos. She runs a HR consulting firm for startups in Africa before Fumigation Warehouse. Tolulope is passionate about helping businesses thrive by taking the stress of people and process off business, so they can focus on their reason for establishment.
Her Competencies and skills are Workforce planning, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefit management, Organizational development and Change management, and Performance management. For most of her career she remained a resource for Industrial relations, Organizational diversity and Inclusiveness and HR Intelligence and Reporting (HRIS) for the ICT Organization.
Environmental Health Consultant
He holds a Diploma in Environmental Health and B.Sc degree in Environmental Management and Toxicology and the WHO certificate in Introduction in infection protection and control. He holds also the IFRC certificate in Stay Safe-Personal Security as well as the IFRC certificate in Stay Safe-Security Management respectively.
Popoola holds the certificate in Leadership and Management in Health, University of Washington, USA and a certificate in project management in global health of same University of Washington, USA.
He has experience in Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Facility Management and Solid Waste Management. A former Service manager and Project manager with Orkin Nigeria Limited, Abuja franchise.
He is a registered and licensed Environmental Health Officer.
Business Development Manager
He is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Lagos, Akoka Yaba and also a Diploma in Law from the Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Certificate. He has worked as a business development manager with Orkin Nigeria Limited, Lagos Franchise and a sales and marketing manager with Ado-Mata International Nigeria Limited.
Corporate Service Manager
Ohemu was called to the Nigeria Bar to practice as a Barrister and Solicitors of the supreme court of Nigeria since 2008.
He has being in private legal practice with cognate experience in constitutional, company, administrative, industrial and employment, contract and commercial law practice. He also have experience in fundamental rights, criminal, copy right, tenancy as well as entertainment and sporting law respectively.
Ohemu had his pupilage with Pius Madam & Co and Allens Agbaka Chambers Lagos were he was involved in diverse areas of law practice before joining Fumigation Warehouse.
